Privacy & enquiries

This notice describes the website’s enquiry and analytics features. Contact projects@nextphasedemolition.com.au with a question about your information or a request to access, correct or remove an enquiry.

When you request a quote

We ask for your name, preferred phone or email contact, project suburb and the work you need. Project notes are optional. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or documents in the form. NextPhase uses these details to assess and respond to your enquiry; submitting does not add you to a marketing mailing list.

When online submission is enabled, the form sends your details to the website’s server and stores the enquiry in a restricted Supabase database. An email notification is then requested through Resend. The confirmation means your enquiry was saved; it does not confirm that an email reached an inbox or that work has been booked. Hosting, storage and email providers process information to operate these features.

If online submission is unavailable, the form offers an email draft instead. Reviewing or copying details does not submit them. Opening the draft passes the details to your email application; you choose whether to send it there. Unsubmitted contact details are kept in page memory, not browser local storage.

Security and spam prevention

When online submission is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for automated abuse. This involves a connection to Cloudflare. The server also checks submissions and limits repeated enquiries. Security checks are separate from advertising measurement.

Website analytics and advertising measurement

When configured, Rybbit and Google measurement run automatically when you visit the website. They measure page visits, phone-link clicks and enquiries that have been saved successfully. A phone-link click does not establish that a call connected, and a saved enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

We do not send names, contact details or project notes to these measurement services. Personalised advertising and Google signals are disabled in the site configuration. We do not use session replay or automatic form capture.

Campaign identifiers, such as Google Ads click IDs and source, medium and campaign tags, may be kept in browser session storage and saved with your enquiry to help us understand which advertising led to it. Google receives validated ad click identifiers for conversion attribution. Rybbit receives the known public page route, campaign tags and events for phone-link clicks and saved enquiries.

We keep your recognised entry page and the referring website’s hostname with your enquiry, without the referrer’s full page address or search queries. The website refreshes its stored campaign and entry context when it measures a page visit, phone-link click or enquiry, and stops reusing that context after 30 minutes without one of those measurement accesses; this does not define a Google Analytics session. These help estimate how you found us; a missing referrer does not prove a direct visit. Arbitrary URL parameters, fragments and form values are excluded from the events sent by the website. Providers also receive connection information such as your IP address and browser request headers; Google tags may use cookies for analytics and advertising attribution. Browser settings or extensions may prevent measurement.

Keeping and managing enquiries

Enquiries are accessible through the business’s restricted systems so the team can follow up. Contact NextPhase about information held for your enquiry, including corrections or deletion requests. Copies already sent by email are managed separately from the website database.

External services and photographs

Phone and email links open your device’s calling or email app. Google links open the business listing. These providers have their own privacy practices. See the photo credits for the original business imagery used on the site.
