Demolition on the
Central Coast & beyond.

Based in Tuggerah, we work across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter. For longer-distance travel, we consider commercial and industrial demolition only.

Central Coast

We work with Central Coast homeowners and builders on house demolition, asbestos removal, partial demolition and site clearing. Our projects include house demolition in Shelly Beach, residential demolition at The Entrance and bushfire recovery work at Koolewong.

For a quote, tell us about your block: driveway access, nearby buildings, what must stay and your plans for the cleared space.

Jason coordinates approval paperwork, specialists, demolition and handover. If you have already appointed a builder or certifier, share their requirements with us.

Plan demolition in your area

Find local advice for house removals, renovations, commercial work and site clearing.

For other Central Coast suburbs, send your address with the proposed removals.

Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & Hunter

We cover residential demolition, commercial removals and strip-outs across Newcastle and the Hunter.

For renovations and commercial work, mention access hours, occupied areas and other trades. For site clearing or a standalone removal, identify the structures, surfaces and vegetation to be included.

Jason will discuss site assessment, travel arrangements and availability for your job.

Regional & interstate projects

Our longer-distance work is limited to commercial and industrial demolition. We do not travel further afield for house-demolition-only jobs. Send Jason the location, proposed removals and available plans or reports so we can assess whether the project justifies the travel.

Travel, site visits, local specialists and timing are agreed before the job is booked.

For Queensland enquiries, applicable licences, approvals and specialist responsibilities must be confirmed before any work is agreed.

Start with your site

Include these details when you enquire so we can discuss the work and what needs assessing.

  • The site address and the buildings, materials or surfaces you want removed.
  • Available photographs, plans and existing assessment reports.
  • What will remain on the property and whether areas will stay occupied.
  • Access restrictions and the people already involved in the project.
  • The intended next use of the site and your preferred timing.

You can enquire before your plans are final. Let us know which details are still being decided.
