Demolition projects
in South East Queensland.

Planning commercial or industrial demolition in South East Queensland? We consider larger projects by agreement from our Central Coast base. We do not travel to this region for house-demolition-only jobs. Project suitability, travel and the applicable Queensland licensing and approval requirements must be checked before any work is agreed.

Tell us about your South East Queensland site

We consider commercial and industrial demolition in South East Queensland where the scope and duration justify a travelling crew. Send the address, removal drawings and proposed schedule, with the buildings, concrete and other structures included in the work.

House-demolition-only jobs are outside our longer-distance service. For commercial and industrial enquiries, we review the scope, access and travel requirements before arranging a site assessment.

Queensland requirements need their own review

Queensland has its own demolition licensing requirements. We do not treat NSW arrangements as confirmation that a Queensland job can proceed. The proposed work and method must be checked against the applicable requirements before a scope is agreed.

If asbestos-related work is involved, the relevant licensing, assessment and removal responsibilities must also be established. Share existing reports and approvals so the required specialist roles can be identified early.

Plan the travelling crew and equipment

Our base is Tuggerah on the Central Coast. We assess the job’s scale, duration, site access and equipment transport before confirming whether we can take it on.

Include your preferred dates and any flexibility. Availability, site visits and delivery responsibilities are agreed for the individual project; an enquiry does not reserve a start date.

  • Site address, drawings and the proposed commercial or industrial removal scope.
  • Existing material reports and approval documents.
  • Equipment access, loading space and any occupied or retained areas.
  • Required dates, staging and the finished condition of the site.

Do you travel to South East Queensland for house demolition?

No. Our longer-distance work is limited to commercial and industrial demolition. House-demolition-only jobs do not suit the travel involved. Our local residential demolition services remain focused on the Central Coast and nearby regions.

What size commercial or industrial job will you travel for?

We assess each enquiry against the scope, duration, access and travel requirements rather than publishing a fixed minimum. Send the project details so we can discuss suitability before you make arrangements around our involvement.
