Can I enquire before my plans are final?
Yes. Tell us what you are planning, which details or approvals are still being worked through, and any dates you are working towards.
What if I’m unsure about asbestos?
Describe it as suspected and mention any existing inspection report. An enquiry or photograph cannot confirm what the material contains; the material and proposed work need to be assessed before a removal scope is agreed.
