Demolition between neighbouring homes.
We carried out the demolition between neighbouring properties, with boundary fences along the sides and temporary fencing across the front of the block.
Loading out the demolition material.
We used a compact excavator to lift timber and other demolition material into the truck. A larger excavator and skip were also used on the site as the removal progressed.
After the house came down.
With the house removed, we cleared the demolition material from the block. The existing driveway remained, along with the temporary street fencing.

For your own house demolition, arrange assessment of known or suspected asbestos before the affected materials are disturbed. Include the main house, additions and separate outbuildings in the brief, with existing reports and a plan showing the driveway or other surfaces you want retained.
Ask the quote to distinguish asbestos removal and required clearance from the building, slab and debris removal. Our separate project at The Entrance documents asbestos removal alongside four property demolitions on the Central Coast.
