Common questions
All demolition FAQsHow much does labour hire cost?
We quote an agreed daily fee for your job. The work, location, number of people required, hours and duration help us assess the enquiry. The quote confirms what is included and any additional charges before you book; there is no published standard day rate.
How many hours are included in a day?
Working hours are agreed for each booking. Tell us the start and finish times you need, then confirm the included hours, breaks, any minimum booking and how extra hours would be charged before work starts.
Are the workers employed by NextPhase?
Yes. We supply our own employees and you pay NextPhase the agreed fee for their time on your job. The site contact, work instructions, induction and supervision arrangements are agreed before the booking begins.
What work can I book labour hire for?
Discuss general site labour, assistance for trades, moving materials and site clean-up. We also consider hazardous-material and biohazard work, depending on the substance and tasks. The work, suitable people and any licensing or specialist requirements are assessed and agreed before booking.
Can you help with hazardous materials and biohazards?
Yes, we consider asbestos, mould, lead and biohazard work, including crime scene clean-up. What we can take on depends on the material, site conditions and work required. Tell us what is known or suspected and share any existing reports. We confirm the scope, suitable people, equipment and any licensing or specialist requirements before accepting the job.
Are tools, equipment and PPE included?
These arrangements are confirmed for your job. Tell us what the tasks require and what is already available on site so the quote can set out who provides tools, equipment and PPE, along with any associated costs.
How do I book, and which areas do you cover?
Send the site address, tasks, preferred dates, daily hours and expected duration. We’re based on the Central Coast and consider Newcastle and Hunter bookings by arrangement. We confirm suitability, availability and the written quote before the booking is agreed.
