Wet hire
Hire trucks, excavators and posi-tracks with our operators for your site. Tell us the work, location and dates you have in mind. We’ll discuss a suitable machine and operator, access and the hire arrangements before quoting. We offer wet hire only; we do not supply equipment for you to operate yourself.

Common questions
All demolition FAQsWhat is wet hire?
Wet hire means the equipment comes with an operator. We supply our own operators with our trucks, excavators and posi-tracks, and agree the work and hire arrangements with you before booking.
Do you offer dry hire?
No. Our equipment is available for wet hire only, with NextPhase operators. We do not hire machines or trucks for customers to operate themselves.
What sizes, attachments and rates are available?
Tell us what the job requires so we can discuss suitable equipment and provide a quote. Confirm the specific machine, any attachments, operator, hours, transport and other charges directly with us.
What should I send for a wet-hire quote?
Start with the site address, work required, preferred dates, expected duration and working hours. Add access measurements, relevant site restrictions and photos or plans if available. You can enquire without knowing which machine you need.
Can I book equipment without a demolition job?
You can enquire about wet hire on its own. Describe the work and site so we can assess suitability and confirm the equipment, operator and scope before agreeing a booking.
