From your keys
to a cleared site.
We coordinate your house demolition from approval paperwork and specialist trades through to removal and site handover. Jason is your contact for the work, costs and timing.

The work, step by step
The main stages of a house demolition. The sequence depends on your property, approvals and the work included in your quote.
Tell us what you need removed
Start with the address, the buildings or materials to remove and your plans for the property. Tell us what must stay, too.
Share site photos, plans, existing reports, access restrictions and approximate timing. You can enquire before your plans are final.
Agree the work and the costs
We work through the removals, site conditions and finished result with you. The written quote sets out demolition, disposal, specialist work and associated fees.
Include any pools, sheds, slabs, driveways, vegetation or below-ground work you need removed. Share your builder’s requirements for levels or ground preparation so these can be priced separately or included.
Arrange approvals and specialists
We organise approval paperwork, certifiers and arborist reports as required. We identify the specialists involved and their costs in the quote.
The relevant authority or certifier decides approvals. Requirements and timing depend on your property and the proposed work.
Prepare the property
We organise the licensed trades needed for agreed disconnections and preparatory work, including Level 2 electricians and plumbers where required. Asbestos and other contamination are addressed in the work sequence.
Before the start, we agree access, site boundaries, features to protect and any possessions you need to remove. Required specialist assessments and clearances are arranged with the appropriate providers.
Carry out the demolition
Our team carries out the agreed removal, working with the specialists and trades involved. For partial demolition, the plans identify the removal boundary and the parts of the building that stay.
If site findings change the work, we discuss the effect on cost and timing with you. Agreed changes are recorded alongside the original quote.
Hand over the cleared site
We complete the agreed removal and cleanup, then review the finished site with you against the quote.
The handover includes the documentation agreed for the job, such as relevant disposal records and specialist clearance documents. Any further work your builder needs should be specified before demolition begins.
Know what your quote covers.
Your quote should identify the removals, disposal, approval and specialist fees, and the condition of the site at handover. We work through these details with you before work begins.
Common questions
All demolition FAQsDo I need to arrange all the trades myself?
No. We organise the relevant certifiers, arborist reports and licensed trades on your behalf for the agreed project scope, including Level 2 electrical and plumbing work where needed. The quote should identify their work and associated costs.
What does a complete handover mean?
For a whole-house demolition, it means the house and other agreed items have been removed and the site is handed over in the agreed condition. It does not automatically mean engineered building levels, new drainage or every possible below-ground removal; those requirements must be specified.
How long will the project take?
Timing depends on approvals, specialist work, access and site conditions. Tell us when your builder or fit-out contractor needs the site so we can discuss the schedule before work is agreed.
Can you coordinate a smaller project too?
Yes. Asbestos removal, partial demolition, strip-outs and site works can be scoped as their own projects. The level of coordination depends on the work and the property.
