The removal scope
We carried out demolition and asbestos removal across the four properties as part of one development.
For a project involving several properties, match the existing asbestos reports to each address and building. Identify inspected areas, exclusions and anything not yet assessed, alongside the structures and surfaces that will remain. This gives the builder and removal team a shared brief for each stage.
Planning the handover
If you are preparing a development, send us the property addresses, site plans and existing asbestos information. Agree the asbestos removal and demolition sequence, the responsible licence-holder, disposal and required clearance in the written scope. Let us know who is handling the build and when they need access and handover records.
