A fire-damaged house.
Bonnells Bay.

Inside the fire-damaged home.

We worked inside the damaged house and beside it to remove material. The interior was stripped back to the timber framing, with fire damage visible in the roof structure.

Need removal work after a fire?

Share existing reports, repair plans and access photographs with details of what needs removing, what should remain and any builder or assessor already involved. You do not need to enter a damaged area to make an enquiry.

For your own fire-damaged interior, share asbestos information alongside the repair drawings and identify the ceilings, walls and finishes proposed for removal. Existing reports may exclude damaged or inaccessible areas, so tell us where the assessment is incomplete.

Keep suspected materials undisturbed and use the photos and reports you already have. Assessment, any asbestos removal and required clearance need to fit the repair sequence before strip-out or rebuilding trades take over. Structural suitability is a separate assessment.
